New Fortuna Gaming Mobile Poker Game Launched

25 January 2006

LONDON –- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Fortuna Gaming (UK) Limited., (OTC Bulletin Board: FGAM.OB), ("the Company") is pleased to announce that its licensor, Mobile Gaming Now (MGN), has launched version 1.9 of its multi-player Texas Hold 'em poker software. In turn, Fortuna has launched its play for free multi-player Texas Hold 'em mobile game on the Motorola Razr in North America.

"Version 1.9 represents a great leap in both technical operability and graphic appeal from previous game versions," says Dallas Robinson, V.P. of Marketing. "It is a great 6-hand mobile based game that will eventually play beautifully on many phones. We have been testing it, for the last week over the holiday season on the Motorola Razr phone and its been working great, so we wanted to get it out to our market," comments Robinson.

"Over 80% of all cell phones activated in the U.S. are currently GSM phones capable of supporting downloadable games," says Dallas Robinson. "We picked the Motorola Razr phone after doing extensive research in the fall across North America and found this phone to be the most functional, most consumer oriented, most commercially popular, the best resolution and was most likely to continue the Fortuna experience with the player."

Fortuna's business model is focused on building a mobile gaming experience for players. This mobile experience will be a key aspect of the marketing plan for the complete on-line gaming company that Fortuna will have upon completion of it's takeover of the on-line gambling acquisition.

Fortuna recently announced the launch of it's Wireless Xperience which now has the ability to sell phones, plans and accessories including the Razr on networks such as T-Mobile in the U.S. and Fido in Canada.

Over 140 million cell phones were in use in the United States alone last year with close to 1.5 billion users worldwide. With annual subscriber growth averaging 186 million worldwide, according to Cellular News, worldwide cell phone subscribers are expected to total 2 billion by 2007. According to Mobile Consumer Data and Multimedia Services, 78.6 million subscribers in the U.S. alone will download games to play by 2009.

"With today's launch we are seriously entering the mobile gaming industry which is expected to be a $7.6 billion industry by 2010... then with our planned acquisition of our target company we will enter the on-line gambling industry. The on-line industry will reach revenues of $48 billion by 2010!" comments Doug Waugh, President of Fortuna Gaming. "It has been our plan to go mobile first, then on-line and we are on track to this in early 2006 as planned."
