Mohegans offer flu shots29 October 2007ASVILLE, Connecticut -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- It's that time of year again; cold and flu season is upon us. But the Mohegan Tribal Health Department, in conjunction with United Community & Family Services, are here to help, offering flu and pneumonia shots on various dates throughout the fall. Clinics begin on Thursday, November 29th and will be held in Mohegan Sun's Wolf Den from 9:00am to Noon. Additional dates include Thursday, December 6th and Thursday, December 13th. The cost is $35.00 for a flu shot and $52.00 for a pneumonia shot. Medicare, ConnectiCare, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield will be accepted. Player's Club points are accepted for the shots as well. Additionally, Mohegan Tribal Health Department will be providing flu & pneumonia shots, along with free health screenings, at the "Healthy Habits Showcase" on Saturday, November 17, 2007 in the Uncas Ballroom from 10:00am to 4:00pm. |
