Markus Knoss resigns from mybet Supervisory Board13 December 2017(PRESS RELEASE) -- Mr. Markus Knoss, member of the Supervisory Board of mybet Holding SE, has resigned from office after the completion of the issuance of the convertible bond 2017/2020. "On behalf of the entire Supervisory Board, I do thank Mr. Knoss for the work performed during the past years and his high personal commitment for the company. The decision to resign from office is based on the fact that Mr. Knoss, as chairman of the Supervisory Board of a by now direct competitor, wants to avoid conflicts of interests and therefore focuses on the activity there.
