Malaysian Cops Bust Slot Machine Ring5 October 2000ALOR GAJAH, MALAYSIA – Oct. 5, 2000 – As reported by The Malaysian Star.com.my " In the wake of calls to impose a total ban on video game arcades in the country, Malacca police uncovered a factory producing illegal slot machines at a secluded hilly orchard in Simpang Gading, Durian Tunggal, yesterday. "They arrested five men and recovered 402 illegal slot machines, including seven microchip circuit boards from the factory, located within a 4ha orchard, next to the popular Auyin Hill Resort.
