Magna Entertainment to Launch Racing Cable Channel8 January 2003AURORA, Ontario – As reported by Reuters: "Magna Entertainment Corp. (Toronto:MIEa.TO), one of North America's largest horse racetrack operators, said on Wednesday it will launch a 24-hour cable channel offering horse racing coverage. "The channel, HorseRacing TV, began broadcasting in July to paying subscribers on the Racetrack Television Network, a satellite television venture, but has not been available on cable.
