Littlefield Opens By-George! Bingo in South Carolina

This hall represents the Company's ninth addition to its South Carolina portfolio. In 2001, Littlefield Entertainment acquired two bingo halls in Texas, opened a new bingo hall in Montgomery, Alabama, and opened two ``C'' bingo halls in South Carolina.

By-George! Bingo will operate as a ``night'' hall operating 3 nights per week. The premises occupy approximately 5,000 square feet and is located in an area with strong bingo prospects.

Jeffrey L Minch, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Littlefield Corporation, had the following comments:
