Littlefield Legally Reinstated in Florida

The Company was granted a Motion to Amend a prior settlement agreement with the State of Florida. The prior unamended settlement agreement prohibited the Company from conducting business in Florida.

The attendant amendment effectively allows the Company to do business in Florida again subject to the terms and conditions of the amendment.

The Company was able to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the applicable authorities that it merited this consideration. The Company will make certain reports and certifications to the applicable authorities during the initial phases of this newly granted authority.

The official court order reads:

"The Settlement Agreement entered into by the predecessor to Littlefield Corporation and the Florida Department of Legal Affairs, Office of the Attorney General, is hereby amended to allow Littlefield Corporation to conduct bingo and gaming activities in the State of Florida."

Jeffrey L. Minch, President of Littlefield Corporation, had the following comments:

"It is gratifying to receive this authority to conduct business in Florida again. While it is not possible to immediately describe what impact this will have on the Company over the long-term, it is very symbolic as it is additional evidence of the Company's new direction.

This was a complicated endeavor and we appreciated the opportunity to educate the applicable authorities on how dramatically the Company has changed its direction. We only have a few more such lingering historic considerations and then we will be free and clear of the past for all time. We have made great progress over the last two years on such matters and I am confident that we will eventually clear all of them up completely.

This may turn out to be a meaningful opportunity for the Company; and, one that many people, who had regained faith in the Company's new management, worked tirelessly to become a reality. Thank you.
