Kokkalis becomes Intralot CEO1 March 2019(PRESS RELEASE) -- Intralot S.A. announces that, effective today, the Chairman of its Board, Mr. Sokratis Kokkalis, assumes also the duties of Chief Executive Officer, following the resignation of Mr. Kerastaris as CEO and Executive Member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Kokkalis thanked Mr. Kerastaris for his contribution to the Intralot and Intracom Holdings Groups in the past 10 years. Mr. Kerastaris will be replaced in the Board of Directors by Mr. Alexandros-Stergios Manos as non-executive board member.
