Kiowa Casino Verden and Kiowa Casino Carnegie reopen

Kiowa Casino - Verden and Kiowa Casino - Carnegie are now reopen to the public. Below are some of the safety and health guidelines implemented at the two Oklahoma resorts.

"The health and safety of our guests and team members is of the utmost priority. We continue to closely monitor Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines and public health advancements, and we have implemented operational procedures and protocols that you need to know before you make your next trip to Kiowa Casino.
Temperature Screenings and Face Coverings

All guests and team members will be checked for temperature. Individuals with a temperature over 100°F (38°C) will be asked to return home and advised to seek appropriate medical care. Guests and team members are required to wear protective coverings over their nose and mouth at all times.
Daily Operations

12 pm – 12 am daily.

Kiowa Casino occupancy will be limited to 25% of building capacity, and the casino will close daily.
Overnight deep-cleaning of all areas of the gaming floor using electrostatic spraying techniques with EPA-certified chemicals.

Other notable changes to operations include:

The facility is non smoking
Most promotions and casino events are suspended
Table games are closed until further notice
Complimentary drink stations are closed
Complimentary waters and sodas are available from our beverage servers
Hotel is closed until further notice
Restaurants are closed until further notice

Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfecting Services

Enhanced cleaning procedures will be followed, including the use of electrostatic sprayers and atomized foggers along with EPA-certified chemicals during daily closures as well as more frequent manual disinfection processes with EPA-registered disinfectant on high-touch surfaces like door handles, ATMs, slot machines and other hard surfaces.

Hand sanitizer dispensers have been increased and will be placed at guest and team member entrances and exits as well as high-contact areas such as, ATMs, Rewards Club and the cashier cage.
Physical Distancing

Guests are advised to practice physical distancing leaving six feet between themselves and people not traveling with them while standing in lines or moving around the property. Every other chair will be removed from slot machines on the gaming floor."
