Jury Rules Against Rodman4 November 2001LAS VEGAS, Nevada –– As reported by the Associated Press: "A Nevada jury has decided against former NBA star Dennis Rodman, ruling he must fork over $80,000 to a former casino dealer. "James Brasich claimed he was humiliated when Rodman rubbed dice at various times on Brasich's bald head, his chest, stomach and private parts. "…Rodman's attorneys didn't deny that he rubbed Brasich with the dice. "…Brasich accused Rodman of inflicting emotional distress on him. "He said he's pleased jurors understood his position, although he had hoped for a larger award." |
