ISW, Neptune Race and Sports Book signs deal5 December 2007WEST PATERSON, New Jersey -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Interactive Systems Worldwide, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ISWI) today announced that it has signed an Agreement in Principle with Neptune Race and Sports Book, Inc. ("Neptune"). This non-binding agreement provides the commercial framework for an anticipated licensing agreement to be negotiated between the two parties for the use of the Company's patented SportXction(R) sports wagering software. Neptune currently provides turnkey race and sports wagering systems and services for use in cruise ship and resort casinos. The intention of this agreement is for Neptune to license the Company's SportXction(R) product in order to add play-by-play wagering to its existing capabilities for use in its current and future casino venues. It is anticipated that Neptune's personnel will operate the SportXction(R) system from Neptune's operations hub located in Nevada. ISWI will receive a share of the revenue in addition to initial upfront service fees. Other Developments: The Company today announced that its monthly wagering volume for November from the operation of its SportXction(R) system in the UK has topped $3 million for the second consecutive month, almost reaching October's record turnover (the amount wagered) of $3.1 million. The system is operated by Global Interactive Gaming Ltd. ("GIG"), the Company's wholly owned UK subsidiary. The Company is very encouraged by this sustained increase in wagering volume. The Company is still operating under informal agreements, previously announced, with several of its larger partners, which allows the Company to receive fixed or minimum monthly payments on a temporary basis. The Company is in discussions with several domestic and foreign companies in the gaming industry. It is hopeful that it will be able to announce additional bookmaking partners to the UK service it provides through GIG. The Company's limited cash resources remain management's top priority. To that end, the Company is working with its investment banking advisory firm to help it solve its short-term and long-term liquidity issues. The Company is actively pursuing multiple initiatives, including seeking additional equity investments or other strategic transactions.
