Interspace Enterprises and Randombet.com Announce Partnership

The announcement was made today by Daniel P. Murphy, founder and CEO of Interspace Enterprises.

Under the terms of the agreement, Interspace will receive a 10 percent equity stake in Randombet.com. In exchange, Randombet.com will receive a 5 percent interest in Interspace Enterprises. Financial terms of the agreements were not disclosed. This equity partnership will help both companies accelerate co-marketing efforts to consumers in the United Kingdom and abroad.

Daniel P. Murphy, founder and chief executive officer of Interspace commented: ``Randombet.com is a new and exciting gaming company that stands out because of its unique business model, which enables even the novice gaming enthusiast the chance to participate by incorporating random elements, much like a lottery, all of which, will broaden Randombet.com's exposure & appeal. This agreement will also complement our marketing strategy by enabling PlanetLotto.com to deliver our message through one of the most unique online gaming sources in the world. We intend to leverage this partnership by collaborating in cross-promotional marketing activities with Randombet.com.''

In May 2001, Randombet.com signed an exclusive partnership with MSN.co.uk, the U.K. arm of Microsoft's Web portal. Matthew Whittingham, MSN Business Marketing Manager, commented recently on the partnership with Randombet: ``We believe that Randombet.com, through its partnership with MSN.co.uk, can reach more of the Internet population than any other portal. Randombet.com is the only company that allows players to make bets at random on the Internet and its winning formula, which differentiates it from other conventional gaming sites. We're confident that this unique betting experience will be a big hit exploiting the massive growth potential for online gaming.''
