(OTC Bulletin Board: ITSI) announced it has signed an agreement with AB Trav och Galopp (ATG) of Sweden to mutually cooperate in the development, promotion, marketing and servicing of on-line wagering systems utilizing ATG's leading-edge totalizator software and ILTS' advanced wagering terminals. The agreement calls for ILTS to work with ATG to develop new on-line transaction processing software and services that will provide new wagering opportunities through alternative distribution channels such as Internet and wireless application protocol.
