ILTS Receives Malaysian Order

CARLSBAD, California – (Press Release) -- International Lottery & Totalizator Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ITSI) announced today that the Company has received an order valued at approximately US$ 3.4 million, from Sports Toto Malaysia for additional Intelimark lottery terminals.

Sports Toto Malaysia operates one of the leading national on-line lotteries in Malaysia. Delivery of the terminals will begin in the third quarter of fiscal 2004.

"Sports Toto was the first lottery to install our new touch screen Intelimark terminals, and this order will bring the total number to 1700," said ILTS President Mark Michalko. "Together with the DataTrak Gaming system installed last year, Sports Toto has one of the most advanced lottery systems in the world."
