IGN Provides E-Commerce Services

Through its subsidiaries, IGN has signed a major agreement with a European gaming company whereby IGN will provide complete transaction-processing services in exchange for a flat fee for each transaction processed in addition to a monthly flat fee for administration and gateway. Revenues from this agreement will complement the growing revenues from the Company's Internet gaming operations and other e-commerce initiatives.

IGN intends to unveil three new themed Internet casinos over the coming months, with the first being Wild Wild West Casino (www.wildwildwestcasino.com), a unique gaming experience based on IGN's award-winning casino software infrastructure, Casinos of the World. Casinos of the World version 3.0 will be released in July 2000, with a range of new features and enhancements.

IGN offers a complete range of both onshore and offshore e-commerce services, including: real-time Internet credit card processing, a robust reporting facility, and access to offshore banking and merchant accounts.

IGN is now able to offer its e-commerce services to companies in a wide variety of industries, particularly that of Internet gaming through its offshore subsidiaries.

IGN Internet Global Network Inc. is developing a variety of content divisions on the World Wide Web, with an emphasis on Internet gaming and e-commerce.
