IGCA Director Resigns

LAS VEGAS, Nevada – (Press Release) -- Innovative Gaming Corporation of America (Nasdaq: IGCA) today announced that Andrew Tottenham had tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors. Mr. Tottenham cited the Company's shift in focus away from the European market as well as potential conflicts of interest between his current employer and the Company's announced merger partner, GET USA, Inc.

Tom Foley, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IGCA said, "Andrew will be missed at the Company. His input and guidance were always appreciated by management and the Board."

Innovative Gaming Corporation of America, through its wholly-owned operating subsidiary, Innovative Gaming, Inc., develops, manufactures and distributes fast playing, high-entertainment gaming machines. The Company distributes its products both directly to the gaming market and through licensed distributors.
