iGames Entertainment Receives Approval for Slot Machine Security Device

24 March 2003

LAS VEGAS – (Press Release) -- iGames Entertainment Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IGMS) announced today that the Company has received an approval from the State of New Jersey Casino Control Commission for the Protector V.3, a proprietary, patented anti-theft device for slot machines. The Commission has defined the Protector as non-gaming equipment and has given iGames Entertainment a green light to pursue sales in New Jersey.

"We are pleased to have the stamp of approval from the State of New Jersey allowing us to begin an aggressive marketing campaign with the Atlantic City- based casino properties. We have already approached several properties within the jurisdiction that were waiting for Commission approval to do business with our company. With Nevada and now Atlantic City on our radar screen, we will continue to demonstrate that the Protector is a necessary and meaningful line of defense in the fight against slot machine theft," stated Jeremy Stein, CEO of iGames Entertainment.

iGames Entertainment, Inc. specializes in the development, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of gaming and security applications for the casino, hospitality, cable and sports betting industries within regulated jurisdictions. Founded with the aim of producing government approved casino gaming software, iGames Entertainment focuses on the creation of proprietary technology, and is presently recognized for the Company's patented slot machine security technology, the Protector.
