iGames Entertainment Introduces New Anti-Cheating Device

16 May 2002

BOCA RATON, Florida – (Press Release) -- iGames Entertainment Inc., a leading-edge developer of state-of-the-art gaming systems for the hospitality, gaming and sports betting industries, unveiled the Company's proprietary and patented product, the "Protector V.2", an anti-cheating device for slot machines at the Southern Gaming Summit in Biloxi, Mississippi. The gaming show, held from May 8 through 10th, provided the ideal forum for casino operators and vendors to view the iGames product line-up and slot security presentation. Never before has the industry seen the vulnerability of their slot and video poker machines using such cheating devices as a common coat hanger.

Unlike previous solutions that have been somewhat effective on only a few cheating methods, the iGames Protector V.2 denies access to slot machine hoppers in any way, and has been proven effective on all known methods of cheating including: Magnets, wire hangers, all snake optic wands, and every known cheating tool to date. The Protector V.2 is designed to stop theft at the point of attempt, for virtually every form of slot machine cheating.

"We were very pleased with the response and comments received by the gaming boards of Nevada, Mississippi, Colorado and major manufacturers of slot machines included. There are documented cases of slot machine losses from casinos due to theft reaching over 100 million dollars. We believe the Protector V.2 will sharply curtail these cases of cheating and losses and will be widely accepted within the land based gaming sector," stated Jeremy Stein, CEO of iGames Entertainment Inc.

Founded in 2001, iGames Entertainment Inc. has focused on producing government and state-approved casino gaming software and security products. The Company specializes in the creation of proprietary technology that allows guests within legal jurisdictions to wager on sporting events or play multi- player casino style table games online through a customized, branded casino. Other products include a technology infrastructure for management of sportsbook, remote and "in room" gaming through set top boxes, as well as biometric and slot security technology.
