iCrystal, Inc. Signs Agreement With Second Master Licensee20 June 2000SURREY, British Columbia--(Press Release)--June 20, 2000-- iCrystal, Inc. (the ``Company'') (OTCBB:ICRS - news), a designer, developer and licensor of Internet based games and casino gaming software, announced today that they have come to an agreement with I.C.&T. Inc., operating out of Costa Rica. I.C.&T. Inc. has become iCrystal's second Master Licensee and in addition to purchasing iCrystal licensed software, I.C.&T. Inc. has agreed to host sites for any future licensees of iCrystal Inc. Larry Hrabi, iCrystal's CEO, indicated that he was ecstatic over the development, ``Along with our Master Licensee in Dominica, we now have the ability to offer our licensees gaming sites that require wide bandwidth to operate, such as our Bingo and Lottery projects.'' In an unrelated event, and in conjunction with the Company clearing SEC comments on the Form 10-SB, iCrystal Inc. has been moved back to the OTCBB and has commenced trading under the ticker symbol ICRS. |
