i2corp.com's HGN Issues License to West Indies Company18 December 2001LAS VEGAS -- (Press Release) -- i2corp.com's (OTCBB: ITOO) Home Gambling Network (HGN) has signed a distributor/operator license agreement with Broadcasting Concepts LLC of Nevis, West Indies for an Adult Entertainment themed live remote wagering casino. The license allows Broadcasting Concepts to act as an operator and to sublicense other prospective Adult Entertainment themed operators and has a one year term that may renewed on an annual basis. The first adult themed casino will be operated out of Europe and is expected to commence operations in the first quarter of 2002. In addition to an up-front license fee and royalty percentage, HGN's parent i2corp.com will be executing a consulting agreement with Broadcasting Concepts LLC. Mel Molnick, President of HGN stated, ``This is a great opportunity for HGN to generate revenues in the European market by setting the standard in merging two of the most lucrative cash generating industries on the Internet - Gambling and Adult Entertainment.'' |
