Great Canadian Gaming Applies Listing, Hires New CFO28 May 2003VANCOUVER, British Columbia – (Press Release) --Michael C. Scholz, President of Great Canadian Gaming Corporation (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has made application for listing of the shares of the Company on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Once the application for listing has been approved by the Toronto Stock Exchange, trading of the Company's shares will commence on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Company's shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company also wishes to announce that it has hired Anthony Martin as its Chief Financial Officer. Anthony is the former President and C.F.O. of Datawest Solutions, a TSX listed Company involved in electronic payment systems for financial institutions and a former partner of a Montreal Chartered Accountant firm. |
