Grammy-nominated recording artist Jewel takes the stage at IP Casino Resort and Spa on March 524 February 2016(PRESS RELEASE) -- Grammy-nominated recording artist Jewel will bring her energetic and genre-spanning performance to Studio A at IP Casino Resort and Spa on March 5. Jewel Kilcher, better known as "Jewel," is an American singer-songwriter, guitarist, producer, and actress. She is also a New York Times bestselling author and poet who has sold more than 27 million albums worldwide. Pieces of You, her debut album from 1995, became one of the best-selling debut albums of all time after it reached 12-time platinum status. Jewel would eventually cross several genres throughout her career and released Perfectly Clear, her first country album, in 2008. She released her first independent album, Lullaby, in 2009 and her most recent album, Picking Up the Pieces, was released in September 2015. Showtime is 8 p.m. Doors open one hour prior to the show. Tickets start at $39 plus tax and fees. Tickets are available online at www.ipbiloxi.com and www.ticketmaster.com. Tickets can also be purchased at the IP Box Office or at the Ticketmaster kiosk located on property. Guests may call Ticketmaster at (800) 653-8000.
