Global Cash Access Signs New Contracts30 January 2003LAS VEGAS--(Press Release)-- Seneca Niagara Casino and 14 other gaming properties recently signed contracts to use the innovative products and services of Global Cash Access (GCA), the leading supplier of cash access and customer relationship marketing technologies to the gaming industry. GCA offers an array of products and services, ranging from the latest ATM technology to guest development marketing services that help casinos better understand their customers and increase traffic to the gaming floor and special events. The company operates more than 1,000 ATMs throughout its vast network. GCA recently installed its Automated Cashier Machine (ACM)(SM) and QuikCash Plus Web product at Seneca Niagara Casino, a new casino in Niagara Falls, N.Y., that opened on New Year's Eve. "Our use of GCA's products will streamline our operations and increase business," said Anthony Casdia, director of finance for Seneca Niagara Casino. "QuikCash Plus Web helps our cashiers process several types of cash access transactions through a single Web-based platform, while the ACM offers multi-functional cash dispensing technology. Our recent grand opening was a success with GCA's invaluable service and around-the-clock support." The ACM is a "smart ATM" that uses the Internet and facial biometrics recognition technology to offer patrons a quick way to access multiple cash access services and other entertainment needs in a single stop - without cage operator assistance. The all-in-one funds access device offers multiple transaction choices, including ATM, debit and credit card cash advance, TeleCheck check guarantee, Western Union Money Transfer®, QuikCredit and Entertainment Source, which provides show information and dispenses tickets. Patrons can also redeem complimentary offers and receive coupons while using the ACM, improving customer service and enhancing the overall experience. |
