Georgia-Based Brandmakers, Inc. International Joint Venture

22 September 2000

LAWRENCEVILLE, Georgia – (Press Release) -- Sept. 22, 2000 -- Brandmakers, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: BMKS) has announced that the Georgia-based company is in discussions with United Kingdom-based Bell-Fruit Games Ltd. to develop a series of amusement games for operation initially in the Georgia market and for possible development in other territorial opportunities.

Gamosity, Brandmakers' games and vending division, which manufactures, sells, and services amusement games and vending machines in both the U.S. and the United Kingdom, will handle the operation. Bell-Fruit Games is a jointly owned subsidiary of the Gauselmann Group and Kunick PLC, both headquartered in Europe.

Meetings between Brandmakers and Bell-Fruit Games will take place over the next two weeks to discuss the way in which this venture can best be progressed. Initially, Bell-Fruit Games will be shipping 20 test products for use in licensed operations in the Atlanta area. The initial game being featured will be ``Red Arrows.'' This shipment is imminent and will result in the project trials being carried out in early October.

Gamosity will manage and operate the game machines, according to Geoff Williams, Brandmakers' founder, and CEO. Bell-Fruit will provide the equipment, with the first twenty game machines scheduled for shipment by the end of September. Gamosity already has the licenses for the operation of the game machines, Williams added, noting that income generated from the game machines will be shared jointly between Gamosity and Bell-Fruit.

Glynn Mellor, Bell-Fruit Games' Managing Director, said he was pleased to be once co-operating with Williams with whom he has a long association. Both executives expressed confidence in the development of this skill-based project in the U.S. market.

Bell-Fruit currently markets and operates such games as Rich Geezer, Who Wants to be a Legionnaire, Fever, Colossus, and WinXplosion. Gamosity's product line includes Royal Magic and Crazy Reels machines of skill, coin Pusher machines, and Virtual Reality Golf machines as well as camera, disk, phone card and postcard vending machines.

Brandmakers is a holding company operating four separate divisions: MailStart, an internet application development division featuring WebBox, and its e-mail access gateway services; Zoom Communications, a wide-area and on-site paging communications operation; Gamosity, which manufactures, sells and services amusement games and vending machines; and Splash Studios, which produces print, film, video and multimedia business promotion projects.
