Gaming Systems International Renamed

11 April 2002

LAS VEGAS--(Press Release)-- Gaming Systems International (GSI) has been renamed MIS International/USA, the company announced today.

The name change reflects the company's full integration into the MIS Group of Monaco, which acquired the former GSI in July 2001.

Dean McClain, chief executive officer and president of MIS International/USA, commented, ``The change in our name is significant because it reflects the fact that our customers and prospective customers now have the support of a group that has been a global supplier of management solutions for more than a decade.

``It means that our customers can rely on the fact that they will always have the support of hundreds of highly qualified engineers and customer service representatives, in addition to the ones we employ here in Las Vegas.''

The MIS Group, which includes Monaco Information Systems, GRIPS, MIS International/France, MIS Innovation Technology (MIT) and the MIS European Alliance, is one of the leading technology companies in the gaming industry today, offering casino operators around the world an integrated, multiplatform solution to casino operations.
