GameTech reports European wireless gaming deal18 September 2007RENO, Nevada -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- GameTech International, Inc. ("GameTech" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: GMTC), a leading designer, developer and marketer of electronic bingo equipment and bingo systems, today announced that on Friday, September 14, GameTech received a purchase order to develop and place its server-based wireless gaming system and platform in five locations in Europe. The gaming system will consist of the new GameTech Elite(TM) server-based operating system and Wi-Fi based applications. The GameTech Elite(TM) system will control gaming outcomes and manage all applications. The new GameTech Mini(TM), a portable gaming device, will allow the players to play in a virtual bingo environment linking all five sites to a common game and at the same time allowing the players access to traditional gaming content; such as Video Poker, Video Keno, and Video Reels. GameTech expects to have the system installed prior to G2E and will be exploring the possibilities of expanding the applications throughout the year.
