GameCom Announces First Sale of 'Net GameLink

11 September 2000

ARLINGTON, Texas--(Press Release)--Sept. 11, 2000--GameCom, Inc. (OTC BB: GAMZ - news), a leader in interactive Internet gaming, today announced that it has sold the first proprietary, technologically advanced `Net GameLink(TM) interactive entertainment system to Bowling & Billiard Amusements Over Texas, Ltd., to be placed at Main Event Entertainment in Lewisville, Texas.

Amusements Over Texas is a major vending operator within the State of Texas, handling over 123 locations, including family entertainment centers, billiard rooms, neighborhood bars, and roller rinks.

After focusing on product development, obtaining full SEC compliance, and securing $15 million in growth capital, GameCom has now finalized its production model `Net GameLink(TM) kiosks, which were displayed at the company's permanent beta-site at J. Gilligan's in Arlington, Texas this past Friday.

The production model kiosks will be unveiled to the public at the Amusement and Music Operators Association convention in Las Vegas on September 21st, and the following week at the Cyberathlete Professional League's FRAG 4 gaming tournament in Dallas.

Jim (Indian) Holt, manager of Amusements Over Texas, stated: ``We've been to J. Gilligan's three or four times over the past few months observing GameCom perfect its entertainment system. We believe GameCom is far ahead of the curve in bringing PC-based gamers back to the social video environment. We are delighted to be GameCom's first customer, as we believe there is a huge market for `Net GameLink(TM).'

L. Kelly Jones, GameCom's chief executive officer, stated ``This is a significant development in GameCom's evolution from concept to active marketing and production. This sale to Amusements Over Texas, even prior to unveiling our production models, supports our expectations for high market acceptance of the `Net GameLink(TM) entertainment system. This is the first in a number of transactions that we intend to accomplish this year. The year 2000 has been an important year of expansion and growth, and we expect to continue GameCom's forward momentum.'

``We are currently in advanced negotiations with Fortune 500 companies regarding strategic alliances and joint ventures. We are targeting a national rollout of our proprietary `Net GameLink(TM) system, and are in serious negotiations for procuring distribution agreements, which should lead to significant revenue for the fourth quarter. As the interactive Internet gaming industry is expected to increase into a multi-billion dollar industry, GameCom is poised to capture substantial market share,' Jones concluded.
