Florida Lottery Player Wins New Harley Davidson Motorcycle From Bonus Drawing15 March 2001TALLAHASSEE, Florida--(Press Release)--March 15, 2001--After receiving 365,000 entries, the Florida Lottery has awarded a new Harley Davidson Sportster 1200 Custom motorcycle in the first Harley Davidson Scratch-offgame bonus drawing. Wednesday's bonus drawing was the first of four to be held in conjunction with the Harley Davidson Scratch-off game, and each drawing offers players the chance to win a new Harley Davidson motorcycle. The grand prize winner of the bonus drawing is: ROBERT SLUSSER - Pinellas Park ``I've been wanting a Harley for many years and after they told me I had won, it just floored me!'' said Robert, 30, who works as a contractor for Davis Environmental of St. Petersburg. ``This is the biggest thing I've ever won in my life.'' Not only did the Lottery award a Harley Davidson motorcycle to the first entry selected, 400 more lucky players won Harley Davidson merchandise prize packages, each consisting of a Harley Davidson blanket, a Harley Davidson T-shirt, a Harley Davidson leather baseball cap, and a Harley Davidson pocket watch. Each Harley Davidson motorcycle is valued at more than $14,000. Players can also win a total of $7.4 million in cash prizes. |
