Fantasycup.com Partners with STATS, Inc.

MORTON GROVE, Illinois --(Press Release)-- STATS, Inc. and Fantasy Sports Inc. (FSI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Silverstar Holdings, Ltd (Nasdaq:SSTR) announced today the companies have entered into an agreement whereby STATS, Inc. will provide turnkey operations management for FSI's fantasy sports website, www.fantasycup.com.

STATS, Inc., the world's leading sports information provider, will be responsible for development, web hosting and technical operations for all auto racing, college football, college basketball, drag racing and British Open golf games on fantasycup.com, starting with the official Fantasy Game of NASCAR in February 2003.

Since transitioning to the Internet in 1996, FSI has utilized a number of different solutions, both internal and external for its website operations management. Based on its experience and extensive research, FSI came to the conclusion that the services provided by STATS, are the most efficient and cost effective solutions available in today's marketplace. Therefore, we are delighted with this agreement that is a win-win for both parties.
