Fair Enterprise Buys Block of Magna Stock13 August 2002NEW YORK – As reported by the Thoroughbred Times: "Fair Enterprise Ltd., a company based in the Channel Islands that is wholly controlled by Bergenie Anstalt, an associate of Magna Entertainment Corp. Chairman Frank Stronach, has purchased 304,000 shares of Magna stock. "The acquisition bolsters Fair Enterprise's holdings in Magna to 1,885,600 shares or 3.87% of available shares. Stronach has a voice in directing the shares, Fair Enterprise announced in a press release on Monday, and including those shares, Stronach owns, or controls, or exercises direction over a total of 8,058,579 shares representing a 16.5% interest in the company…" |
