Exotic Destination Development forms company9 October 2007LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Exotic Destination Development, LLC, a Las Vegas based gaming management company, today announces its formation to acquire, develop and operate a targeted selection of international projects for masterplanned resort, casino and residential properties. The company will be closely involved with each project from the development and construction phase to management and operations. The principals of Exotic Destination Development, LLC come from diverse professional backgrounds and bring the highest quality of experience to include gaming management, real estate investment, casino marketing, strategic development and project management. The principals are Adam Mizzi, President; William L. Schierberl, General Counsel; Jim Neal, Project Manager; Mark Pazargad, Corporate Vice President Real Estate; Paul J. Henry, Esq., Corporate Vice President Business Development and Catherine Crossley, Senior Vice President of Administration/Government Affairs. Additionally, the company has formed a strategic alliance with Dennis C. Gomes, President of Gomes Gaming Management. Exotic Destination Development, LLC was founded when Adam Mizzi, a resort and gaming industry veteran, saw a niche opportunity to bring upscale services and amenities to travelers who seek new and rare experiences in exotic destinations. "Today's travel market presents a growing demand for luxury properties in unique and exciting locations," said Mizzi, President of Exotic Destination Development. "It's our goal to develop exceptional projects in these locations that will be on par with the resort, casino and residential properties of existing world-class destinations." Mizzi has spent the past year researching specific land parcels in pristine paradise locations throughout the world to include Bonaire, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mazatlan, Montenegro and Vietnam. Each masterplanned project will be designed to compliment the flair of its location and will combine international brand-name association with the indigenous features of exotic locales. Upon completion, the properties will offer high-end amenities such as upscale retail shopping, internationally-recognized restaurants, meeting facilities, pool, spa, nightclub and entertainment venues. Each property will become a part of the destination itself to enhance the distinctive local qualities of the different locations. |
