Energizer Trademark Lawsuit Settled24 March 2003ST. LOUIS, Missouri – As reported by the Associated Press: "Energizer Holdings Inc. settled a lawsuit that alleged trademark and copyright infringement against two Arizona organizations that Energizer said illegally used their Energizer Bunny icon.
