Empire Global Corp. announces name change4 August 2016(PRESS RELEASE) -- Empire Global Corp. a company providing online and offline gaming and wagering through licensed subsidiaries in Italy, announced today that it has changed its corporate name to Newgioco Group, Inc. The company believes that the name Newgioco Group better reflects the leisure gaming business it operates. The change creates a recognizable corporate brand for our various subsidiaries and represents the diversified interests and strategies that management set out in its long-term plans to expand into international regulated gaming markets. In addition, the company also unveiled a new corporate image and website. "We are very proud to highlight our corporate identity as Newgioco Group. This new branding is the perfect next step in the fusion of our business into a fully integrated global gaming company," stated Michele Ciavarella, Chief Executive Officer of the company. "We believe that 2016, powered by consolidation opportunities in our core market in Italy, will be an exciting year for Newgioco. In connection with the name change to Newgioco Group, Inc., the company's common stock has been assigned a new CUSIP number of 65136T 106 and will continue to trade on the OTCQB market under the ticker symbol EMGL until a new symbol is assigned by FINRA.
