LAS VEGAS, Nevada--(Press Release)--Aug. 8, 2000--E-Vegas.com Inc. (OTCBB:EVCM) announced its name change to 1st Genx.com Inc. (OTCBB:FGNX), effective the opening of trading tomorrow, Wednesday, Aug. 9.

The company's common shares will trade under the symbol FGNX.
