DiscJockey.com Sponsors Boxing Match11 July 2000SALEM, Massachusetts--(Press Release)--July 11,2000-- DiscJockey.com, a leading internet entertainment site, will be a corporate sponsor of the ESPN2 Friday Night at the Fights match on July 14. The 'Millennium Meltdown' will begin at 7:30 at the Casino Ballroom in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire. The fight card includes three matches headlined by the Light Heavyweight Championship featuring Champion Greg Wright taking on challenger Chris Johnson. A co-feature bout pits Massachusetts native Richie 'The Mountain' LaMontagne against Gary Wilcox. LaMontagne is a model for Joe Boxer and Armani and co-starred with Robert DeNiro in the movie "Flawless." A female bout is also on the agenda. Over 2,000 people are expected to attend the July 14th event and over 30,000 in New England alone will watch the live broadcast via ESPN2. DiscJockey.com is also the sponsor for the Casino Ballroom Summer Concert Series.
