DEQ Systems, TCS John Huxley Sign Deal

PRESS RELEASE) -- DEQ Systems Corp. (TSX-V: DEQ) and globally renowned TCSJohnHuxley announced today the signature of an agreement for the distribution of DEQ's G3 electronic auxiliary system for casino table games.

The agreement covers exclusive distribution of the G3 electronic platform in Western and Eastern Europe, excluding Russia as part of the TCS table game and side betting product offering. This exclusive license grants the right to TCSJohnHuxley to offer DEQ's patented technology to its clients in exchange for a fixed monthly royalty per system. The agreement foresees the leasing of a minimum of 500 electronic systems over the next three years.

DEK International, the present distributor in Eastern Europe, will retain its rights to their present clients as well as conserve the exclusive rights to distribution in Russia.

TCSJohnHuxley will be showcasing side betting products using DEQ's G3 Electronic Platform at the International Casino Exhibition (ICE) in London, January 24-26 (booth No. 3100).
