CYOP Systems Signs Deal with Action Poker Gaming

10 January 2006

BEVERLY HILLS, California -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTCBB:CYOS), a provider of online gaming software and operator of games portals, is pleased to announce an executed agreement with Action Poker Gaming Inc. to license their online poker system.

Action Poker Gaming Inc. (APG) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Las Vegas From Home.com Entertainment Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LVH) (OTCBB:LVFHF) (BCN:LVH).

The software includes classic poker games of Texas Hold'em, Omaha and 7 Card Stud, as well favorites such as Omaha Hi. Players will be able to pick from ring game action, daily tournaments with entries to the World Poker Tour, the World Series of Poker and all the major events.

Under the terms of the agreement, APG will be integrating the software at TenSeatPoker.com and will also be supplying CYOP with Chinese cash play versions of the software later in 2006.

The TenSeatPoker.com poker software built by CYOP in 2005 is still to be used for its Chinese partner's play for fun site.

A record-shattering 5,661 card sharks were at Harrah's Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas earlier this summer to compete in the World Series of Poker, the game's richest and most storied event. Poker has grown immensely since aptly named amateur Chris Moneymaker beat 839 pros two years ago to take the title, parlaying a $40 online poker entry into a million-dollar payday.

Research firm Christiansen Capital Advisors says online-poker revenues have grown from $82.7 million in 2001 to $2.4 billion in 2004 and the projected amount is close to $5 billion for 2005.

Mitch White, CEO of CYOP, commented, "Our launch date will coincide with the 'start of the spring poker season.' By outsourcing the software integration, we are able to commit more of our funds and expertise into marketing the final products, and driving customers to our sites. Combined with our previously announced acquisition of gaming software, CYOP now has a full suite of products available."
