Cryptologic Signs Expands UK Presence

UNITED KINGDOM – As reported by the Canadian Press: "Internet gaming developer CryptoLogic is expanding its U.K. presence, reaching a five-year deal to supply software to a major British online casino company and getting approval for its stocks to trade in London.

"Toronto-based CryptoLogic said it is expanding its deal with Littlewoods Gaming, described as a `household name' in the United Kingdom for its mix of mass-market betting games, with a five-year extension of a previous agreement. The deal will see

"…CryptoLogic also said that its common shares, which now trade on the TSX, have been approved for trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market.

"…The news sent CryptoLogic's shares higher on the Toronto stock market (TSX: CRY), up 33 cents to $14.75 in Monday trading, a gain of more than two per cent. CryptoLogic's online games are licensed through its wholly owned subsidiary, WagerLogic…"
