CRDE responds to S&P rating

"Although we concur with S&P's outlook of a weakened economy and note the challenges facing the gaming industry as a whole, we remain firmly dedicated to the strategy and vision the new management team has developed and is in the process of implementing to improve the customer experience at Pearl River Resort, maintain our focus on cost control and enhance revenues."

"Our new executive management team has been strengthened by the addition of several leaders with considerable hospitality and gaming experience. We are also preparing the launch of an extensive rebranding of the resort, a new advertising campaign this summer, improvements to the physical property, including the addition of two new restaurants, and the retaining of a national consumer public relations firm."
