Country singer David Nail to headline Live! Casino's Rodeo Concert6 May 2022(PRESS RELEASE) -- Live! Casino Pittsburgh announced today that GRAMMY-nominated country singer, David Nail, will headline its upcoming Pro “Bulls & Barrels” Rodeo & Concert on June 4. Nail has charted two No. 1 hits in his career, “Let It Rain,” which was certified gold, and the double-platinum hit, “Whatever’s She Got.” The rodeo and concert will kick off Live! Casino's Summer Series of outdoor events, one of three being held over the next few months. Nail will go on stage on Saturday at 8 P.M. following the rodeo. Rodeos will take place from 3 - 6 P.M. Saturday and Sunday in the casino's parking lot. In addition to Nail’s two No. 1 hits, he is also ACM and CMT-nominated with eight Top 40 singles and three Top 10 albums. He’s collaborated and/or toured with major acts like Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambert, Brothers Osborne and more. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to have a star like David Nail to kick off our first-ever Bulls & Barrels Rodeo,” said Live! Casino General Manager Sean Sullivan. “We promised our guests Live! Casino would kick up the entertainment this summer – and we deliver on our promises. When the rodeo is over on Saturday, David Nail is going to put on a concert no one will forget.” Prior to Nail taking the stage, rising country artists, The Hobbs Sisters, will perform as the opening act. The Hobbs Sisters, raised in Pittsburgh, but now based in Nashville, are a twin sister duo known for their powerful harmonies, described by American Songwriter as “so strong it can blow your hair back, yet, so precise that the voices still sound like one.” The rodeo starts the weekend off with an entertaining, thrilling display of what it means to be a true cowboy. Spectators will enjoy professional bull riding, barrel racing, trick ropers and rodeo clowns. All event details are subject to permits and approvals. Guests are invited to attend both rodeo events, as well as the concert. There will be food concessions, drinks and food trucks on site. Come out and grab some grub and drinks along with the festivities. Live! Casino is planning its second annual “Summerfest” event, which will be held on July 16, and its first Car Cruise, Festival and Fundraiser that is scheduled for Aug. 14. Tickets to the Pro Bulls & Barrels Rodeo event will be available in two different options: general and VIP. General admission will be $25 per person or $12.50 for kids under age 12, while VIP tickets will be $50 each. Tickets to the David Nail concert are general admission only for just $25.
