Contest at New Site Highlighted by Dream Date and Cash Prize

28 August 1998

SEATTLE -- As virtual casinos pop up like weeds all over the Internet, new operators are easily getting lost in the shuffle (pun intended). Golden Oasis, one of the latest to hit the scene, will likely avoid this fate because its launch is being highlighted by a contest that boasts quite a grand prize.

One lucky player will win a "Night on the Town in Las Vegas" with television star Donna D'Errico and will pocket $25,000 in cash. Players can win cash prizes with no purchase necessary and play Las Vegas-style games or enter sweepstakes. Anyone who visits Golden Oasis, located at www.golenoasis.com, between August 27 and October 15 will be invited to enter a free drawing. Players will automatically be given additional free entry ballots as they continue to play, increasing their chances of getting a date with the television beauty.

The winner of the $25,000 and date with D'Errico will be flown to Las Vegas on November 6 to stay at the world famous Hard Rock Hotel. Plus, he'll be provided with $25,000 for walking around gaming money prior to the date, which will include dinner and a show.

"So much of gaming is about dreams, and we wanted to launch the Golden Oasis with what might be one of the greatest dreams of all—a date with this fabulous Hollywood personality," said Seth Warshavsky, president of Internet Gaming Group LLC, which operates Golden Oasis and several other online casinos.

A Georgia native, Ms. D'Errico first gained fame as a Playmate in the September 1995 issue of Playboy, then went on to play Donna Marco on the popular "Baywatch" TV series. She was hailed in the March 1997 issue of US Magazine as part of "The New Young Hollywood." With a quick wit and bubbly personality, she has been a favorite guest on "The Tonight Show" and "Entertainment Tonight," and has hosted a daily half-hour show on MTV, "Prima Donna." The busy actress begins filming Candyman-3 for HBO next month and is set to release her first exercise video before the end of the year. She recently completed the new sci-fi movie spoof, "National Lampoon's Men In White" for the Fox Family Channel and Saban Entertainment.

Internet Gaming Group, LLC is a subsidiary of Internet Entertainment Group of Seattle, a major provider of content on the World Wide Web.
