9 September 2002

HARTFORD, Connecticut --(Press Release)-- The Connecticut Lottery today launched Betty Boop Bingo, a licensed instant lottery game featuring logos and other imagery associated with Betty Boop, according to an announcement by MDI Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB: LTRY), which is the official licensee for Betty Boop lottery games and promotions.

The Connecticut game features 2 million tickets. Each ticket costs $2 and gives lottery players the opportunity to win cash prizes of up to $10,000.

While the Connecticut Lottery is the sixth to introduce a Betty Boop licensed game through MDI, they are the first to use the bingo format. Betty Boop games have also been offered by the Kentucky, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin lotteries.

MDI's services include game and ticket design, merchandise prize fulfillment, management of second-and third-chance draws, fully-staffed customer service, coordination of winner travel & accommodations, advertising and marketing support, consumer research and Internet marketing and advertising.
