Colorado Casino to Add Hotel13 June 1999Plans have been unveiled for the construction of a 237 room hotel at the Isle of Capri Casino - Black Hawk, in Black Hawk, Colorado--a project that will cost $29 million. The new hotel will be built above the existing casino and parking garage which was designed and constructed to accept such an expansion. It will consist of 124 of Isle of Capri's new Paradise (deluxe) room product and 113 rooms of the new Cabana (standard) room product. The Isle of Capri - Black Hawk, LLC is jointly owned by Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. and Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. The new hotel's construction is expected to take approximately 14 months and will be financed from a combination of existing cash flow and financing provided by the owners. |
