Colley Corporation's GameBanc Unit Signs Contract With Ohio Lottery25 July 2002CINCINNATI, Ohio --(Press Release)-- Colley announces that its GameBanc Unit has been awarded a contract to provide Database Management Services to the Ohio Lottery. This contract has a one-year initial term with a renewal option for two additional one-year terms. This services provided under this contract are a major part of GameBanc's Remote Digital Access(tm) program. Work has already begun with the Ohio Lottery to fully implement this program by August 1, 2002. "The Ohio Lottery has always been a leader among state lotteries in customer service and play value for their customers. We are very pleased that the Ohio Lottery has chosen GameBanc from a large group of qualified bidders to operate these services for them. We believe the Internet provides a very important method for the Ohio Lottery to communicate with its player base," said Roger W. Ach, Chairman and CEO of Colley Corporation, the majority owner of GameBanc. Colley Corporation is the majority owner of GameBanc Corporation, a diversified Internet games and lottery information company. Colley has announced that it proposes to make a formal Exchange Offer for the 47% of GameBanc stock that it does not now own, in the very near future.
