Coinless Systems Inc. Reaches Agreement With TekBilt Gaming

Also included in the agreement, TekBilt Gaming will market and distribute TickeTrak OEM and external mounted units throughout South America and Europe as an integral part of their own machines. Shipments of TickeTrak units to TekBilt are anticipated to begin in fourth quarter of this year.

TekBilt Gaming designs and manufactures custom domestic and international Class III gaming machines. Some of TekBilt's games include ``Mr. Bingo'' and ``Touch the Gold.'' Commenting on the agreement with Coinless Systems Inc., Buzz Bruner, President/CEO stated, ``with the industry leaning more and more towards coinless gaming, we are very pleased to have TickeTrak as part of our product line due to its versatility, validation and verification components in one self contained system.''

Coinless Systems Inc. is a Las Vegas based developer, manufacturer and supplier of coinless systems and peripheral devices for the gaming industry.
