COA World Entertainment Ltd., Files Lawsuit Against Online Software Developer, World Gaming30 April 2002ST. JOHN'S, Antigua, Apr 29, 2002 (Canada NewsWire) COA World Entertainment Ltd., a former licensee of World Gaming - WGMGY.OB, (also known as Starnet), announced today that in March 2002, it has filed a law suit against World Gaming, in the amount of US$ 1.84 Million. The complaint charges that World Gaming violated its obligations stipulated in the service agreement it had signed with former licensee, COA World Entertainment in connection with operating its online gaming site www.casinoonair.com. Specifically, the Claim alleges, inter alia, that World Gaming never provided COA its database and failed to amicably cooperate with COA in doing so. World Gaming software suffered continuous failures and downtimes; it failed to maintain the game system and to provide continuous technical support and failed to provide on-going and updated reports, rendering COA significant monetary losses and abandonment of clients. |
