Churchill's Downs Reopens OTB Facility

LOUISIANA – As reported by Business First: "Churchill Downs Inc.'s Fair Grounds Race Course in New Orleans reopened its Finish Line off-track betting parlor in Metairie, La., Thursday.

"Metairie is Fair Grounds' eighth OTB facility in southeast Louisiana to reopen since Hurricane Katrina struck in late August.

"The Metairie facility was more damaged than the other facilities, according to a news release. It sustained about six inches of flooding, and furnishings and flooring had to be replaced throughout the facility…"
