Century Casinos Selects SAP

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado – (PRESS RELEASE) -- SAP America, Inc., a subsidiary of SAP AG (NYSE: SAP), today announced that Century Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq and Vienna Stock Exchange: CNTY), an international casino company based in Colorado Springs, Colo., has selected mySAP(TM) Business Suite as its business management solution to support international growth. The decision was driven by SAP's ability to deliver industry-leading best practices that result in quick and efficient implementations, multinational financial capabilities and risk and compliance technology for midsize enterprises.

Century Casinos, Inc. is an international casino entertainment company that owns and operates Womacks Casino and Hotel in Cripple Creek, Colorado; owns and operates the Casino Millennium in the Marriott Hotel in Prague, Czech Republic; operates the casinos aboard the Silver Wind, Silver Cloud, The World of ResidenSea and the vessels of Oceania Cruises; owns a 65 percent interest in, and has a management contract for, the Century Casino & Hotel in Central City, Colorado; and owns and has begun construction on a casino and hotel development in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Through its subsidiary Century Casinos Africa (Pty) Limited, it owns and operates The Caledon Hotel, Spa & Casino near Cape Town, South Africa as well as 60 percent of, and provides technical casino services to, the Monte Vista Casino & Conference Center, Newcastle, South Africa.

With an accelerated deployment cycle anticipated to be 120 days, the SAP® solution will enable Century Casinos to manage reporting and compliance in a holistic approach across its operating divisions. Consulting services will be provided by SAP partner IDS Scheer.
