Century Casinos Increases RCF to $26 Million28 April 2000CRIPPLE CREEK, Colo., April 28 (Press Release) - Century Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq: CNTY) today announced the signing of an amendment to the secured Revolving Credit Facility ("RCF") with Wells Fargo Bank Nevada N.A. ("Wells Fargo Bank") whereby the RCF is increased to $26 million from the current $17.2 million limit and the term of the RCF is extended by four years to April 26, 2004. The Company currently has borrowings of approximately $11.6 million under the RCF, providing the Company with approximately $14.4 million in unused borrowing capacity. Under terms of the RCF, based on current market interest rates and adjustments, the Company is currently paying an interest rate of approximately 8.6% on its borrowings -- less than the current prime rate of 9.0%. The Company currently has a debt-to-equity ratio of 62% and a 38% debt to capitalization as compared to the gaming industry average of 191% debt-to-equity and 66% debt to capitalization (according to Market Guide (TM) as of April 27, 2000). Combined with the increased RCF, the Company believes it is in a strong financial position as it looks to fund existing projects and continue its growth pursuits.
