Century Casinos Announces Casino Opening On First of Four Silversea Cruise Vessels

The 55-gaming position casino was fully installed aboard the new, ultra-luxury Silver Shadow prior to disembarking Genoa, Italy last week and is currently enjoying its first scheduled cruise in the Mediterranean.

As previously announced, Century has a five-year concession agreement with Silversea Cruises to install and operate casinos aboard four cruise vessels. The Company has also scheduled casino installations aboard the Silver Wind and Silver Cloud in October and November. The fourth casino will be installed aboard the new Silver Whisper, scheduled for completion in July, 2001.

``We are very pleased to deliver another project on schedule and under budget'', said Erwin Haitzmann, Chairman and CEO of the Company. ``We look forward to the scheduled opening of three more casinos in the fourth quarter and an anticipated total of 6 casino operations by the end of the year.''
